The Ironwood Branch is one of the most useful items early game because of its cost effectiveness, which is the highest of all stat boosting items. Most players should have at least one Ironwood Branch at the beginning of the game, and some even three to build a Magic Wand later on. It is recommended to sell this item whenever an extra slot is needed, as the gold loss is minimal and the stats gained are quite insignificant after a few levels.
